Anton’s gets it all right, coming with the right amount of polish, heat and POV to its West Village corner location. Regulars know the abra cadabra is dishes like Bucatini Baczynsky, a dish, which, in hindsight, should have been obvious. For sure, Danny Meyer protégé Nick Anderer keeps things fresh but not fussy—and we are all better off for it.
